لاشك أن نشوء الخلافات والنزاعات في إدارة أي عقد أمر واقع ولا مفر منه خصوصاً عندما تكون تلك التعاقدات مرتبطة بالمشاريع كبيرة الحجم، لذا يعتبر من الضروري أن يكون مدير العقد قادراً على التعامل مع هذه النزاعات والحفاظ على علاقة جيدة مع الأطراف الأخرى، وتحديد مصادر هذه النزاعات، وأن يتمتع بالمعرفة والخبرة والمهارات اللازمة للتعامل مع النزاعات عند ظهورها. تستكشف هذه الحصة التطبيقية عن بُعد المصادر الشائعة للنزاعات، وتناقش الطرق المختلفة لإدارة النزاعات بنجاح وباتباع أسلوب ودي، وذلك عبر استخدام أنظمة إدارة التغيير والإشعارات والمطالبات.

I recently attended Meirc’s course The Balanced Scorecard: Achieving Performance Excellence in Dubai and would like to share that it was one of the best training courses I have attended in quite some time. What made this a unique learning experience was Mr. Chaouki Eid’s unique delivery style of using everyday life stories to either introduce or contextualize important concepts, which makes learning a lot more fun but more importantly relevant to and memorable.
