يمر العالم بأزمة كبرى واحدة على الأقل كل عشر سنوات تقريباً؛ سواء كانت تلك الأزمة انهياراً مالياً أو اضطرابات سياسية أو حتى أسوأ كالوباء الذي نشهده في عام 2020، ويمكننا القول أن هذه الأزمة بالذات فريدة من نوعها لانعكاساتها على العديد الجوانب بما في ذلك حياة الناس والقيود على الحركة والوظائف والمبادرات والمشاريع، وقد تأثرت المشاريع بشكل خاص بسبب هذه الأزمة، فتم إلغاء بعض المشاريع تماماً، بينما يتم تأجيل البعض الآخر أو إيقافه مؤقتاً، وكان على مدراء المشاريع التي لا تزال قيد التنفيذ العمل بشكل مختلف تماماً واستخدام أدوات غير تقليدية ليتمكنوا من إدارة مشاريعهم بصورة فعالة. تناقش هذه الحصة التطبيقية عن بُعد مختلف الأدوات والتقنيات والأساليب التي تساعد على تحسين العمل في ظل هذه الظروف والتي تتضمن أفضل الممارسات للعمل عن بُعد في المشروع، وتطبيق التفكير والممارسات الرشيقة عند الاقتضاء، ومراقبة المخاطر المختلفة التي يمكن أن تؤثر على المشروع بشكل سلبي وتطوير وتنفيذ الاستجابات لهذه المخاطر، حيث أن الهدف من هذه الحصة التطبيقية هو القدرة على تنفيذ المشروع بنجاح على الرغم من القيود التي تفرضها هذه الأزمة على مدير المشروع وفريقه.

I recently attended Meirc’s course The Balanced Scorecard: Achieving Performance Excellence in Dubai and would like to share that it was one of the best training courses I have attended in quite some time. What made this a unique learning experience was Mr. Chaouki Eid’s unique delivery style of using everyday life stories to either introduce or contextualize important concepts, which makes learning a lot more fun but more importantly relevant to and memorable.
